John S. Huntington is a <a href="https://learning.hccs.edu/faculty/john.huntington" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Professor of History</a> at Houston Community College. In <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2021/10/13/manipulating-elections-is-conservative-tradition/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">another perspective piece</a> for The Washington Post, Huntington accuses conservatives of manipulating elections, claiming it’s “conservative tradition.” He claims that engineering elections is part of conservatives’ political heritage, and the idea that Democrats stole the 2020 election is a “central pillar” of conservative politics. He argues that conservatives “game the rules to gain power despite being in the minority.” Huntington believes that the 2020 election wasn’t the first time conservatives disagreed with an election outcome or tried to steal an election.
When Huntington isn’t writing books or articles about conservatives, he often takes to Twitter to show his hostility towards the political right. <a href="https://twitter.com/johnshuntington/status/1352670676302311425" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In a series of tweets</a> from January 2021, Huntington accuses Texas of targeting liberal professors. <a href="https://www.fresnostate.edu/socialsciences/historydept/faculty/faculty-lmaischak.html">Lars Maischak</a> is a lecturer in the Department of History at <a href="https://www.fresnostate.edu/">California State University, Fresno</a>. According to his university <a href="https://www.fresnostate.edu/socialsciences/historydept/faculty/faculty-lmaischak.html">biography</a>, Maischak teaches the courses, Colonial Americas, American History to 1877, England and Empire, United States 1789-1865, and Topics in History &#8211; Marx and Hegel for Historians. Maischak uses his personal Twitter account to call for the execution of the 45th President, Donald Trump, and refers to conservatives as fascists.
Maischak claims that fascism is the eventual result of capitalism in a paper titled, <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h6fiDilfQWGpUrKEh2zzCrBo_iOUHA8C/view">There can be no Democracy without Socialism</a>, shared on Google Drive. Describing fascism as the “creature of capitalism,” Maischak claims that capitalism facilitates the exploitation of workers, or what he describes as the establishment of a “dictatorship of capital over labor.&#8221;
Maischak further <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h6fiDilfQWGpUrKEh2zzCrBo_iOUHA8C/view">cites</a> the territorial expansion, slave labor, and the outlawing of unions in Nazi Germany as examples of capitalism’s logical end. He later describes the liberties inherent in capitalism as the freedom to commit mass murder and barbarism.

In a written statement to the <a href="https://www.fresnobee.com/news/local/article144293174.html">Fresno Bee</a>, Maischak asks for forgiveness and states, “It was never my intent to harm anyone, nor to encourage others to harm anyone.”
According to <a href="https://www.insidehighered.com/news/2017/08/07/after-anti-trump-tweets-fresno-state-removes-adjunct-professor-teaching-position">Inside Higher Ed</a>, Maischak’s classes were canceled by the university before he was later removed from his position following his remarks about President Trump. <a href="http://fresnostate.edu/chhs/public-health/faculty-staff/faculty/thatcher.html">Dr. William Thatcher </a>is a Professor of Public Health at Fresno State University. Recently, a pro-life group caught him on camera erasing pro-life messages written in chalk around campus. Thatcher also ordered his students to erase the messages, even though the group had permission to write the messages on the sidewalks.

<a href="http://directory.csufresno.edu/detailsFacultyStaff.asp?ID=3249">Dr. Randa Jarrar</a> is an Associate Professor in the English Department at <a href="https://www.fresnostate.edu/">Fresno State University.</a>

On her personal <a href="https://twitter.com/randajarrar">Twitter account</a>, Dr. Jarrar castigates white people, praises terrorists, and even calls for the destruction of Israel.

One tweet calls to free Palestine from Israel by stating, “From the river to the sea,”

The phrase, “from the river to the sea”, was <a href="https://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/291203" target="_blank" rel="noopener">popularized by terrorist groups such as the Palestinian Liberation Organization</a> (PLO) and alludes to the destruction of Israel—and thus the genocide of the nation’s Jews—between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/1948/08/02/archives/aim-to-oust-jews-pledged-by-sheikh-head-of-moslem-brotherhood-says.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The chant is thought to originate from the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan el-Banna</a>, who was quoted by The New York Times stating, "If the Jewish state becomes a fact, and this is realized by the Arab peoples, they will drive the Jews who live in their midst into the sea."

Dr. Jarrar—<a href="https://randajarrar.com/about/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">who grew up in Egypt and Kuwait</a>—would later reveal that she attended PLO “after-school programs” to learn “resistance songs.”

Further statements range from <a href="https://www.salon.com/2014/03/18/i_still_cant_stand_white_belly_dancers/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accusing white belly dancers of cultural appropriation</a> to demanding that all <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=11161" target="_blank" rel="noopener">white editors step down from their positions</a>.

<a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/professor-randa-jarrar-under-fire-for-calling-barbara-bush-a-racist/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In 2018, Jarrar came under fire</a> after tweeting about former first lady, Barbara Bush, after her death. In one tweet about the former First Lady, she called Barbara Bush an “amazing racist” who “raised a war criminal.” In another tweet, she claimed to be “happy the witch is dead.”

After experiencing blowback for her remarks, Dr. Jarrar taunted her followers by claiming that she is a tenured professor who makes $100,000 a year and will never be fired.

When the university was asked to comment, <a href="http://www.fresnostatenews.com/2018/04/24/president-joseph-i-castro-letter-on-conclusion-of-review-regarding-professor/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">President Castro stated</a>, “We share the deep concerns expressed by others over the personal comments made today by Professor Randa Jarrar, a professor in the English Department at Fresno State. Her statements were made as a private citizen, not as a representative of Fresno State.”

Dr. Jarrar faced no repercussions and returned to her teaching duties soon-there-after.

In the midst of the controversy, Dr. Jarrar wrote, “If you really wanna reach me, here’s my number ok?”, before <a href="https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/tempe/2018/04/19/fresno-state-professor-randa-jarrar-prank-floods-asu-hotline-barbara-bush/532486002/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">posting the landline of the ASU crisis line, causing the center to become inundated with calls</a>.

Dr. Finkelhor is known for his research into child sexual abuse and related topics.
Dr. Finkelhor lectures on a wide variety of subjects such as “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpangX4UaO4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sexual Abuse Prevention</a>,” “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsoYh5WF2Yc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Developmental Victimology</a>,” and more. He also participates in a variety of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-fViw7Uuxs" target="_blank" rel="noopener">child sexual abuse conferences</a>.
On March 23, 2022 Dr. Finkelhor participated in a webinar discussing the “<a href="https://twitter.com/libsoftiktok/status/1515916310814859264" target="_blank" rel="noopener">elements of voluntary participation</a>” by juveniles involved in sex crimes; saying that when trying to prevent sex crimes against children, it is key to realize that in some cases, it is the children themselves that are “initiating sexual activities with adults.” Dr. Finkelhor also suggested that he believes it is not “effective” to assume that a pedophilic relationship escalates because of a “predatory or criminally inclined adult.”

On June 25, 2020 in a webinar called “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpangX4UaO4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Let&#8217;s Talk About Prevention</a>,” Finkelhor stated that “Another thing about diversity that is very important to recognize is that in spite of the stereotype, most of the adult offenders are not “pedophiles”&#8230; Many are opportunistic and situational and acting on relationships that develop, or opportunities that are made available to them.”  Dr. Finkelhor refers to “offenders” as ambivalent and stresses the importance of differentiating the labels between a pedophile and an offender.

Recently, there have been articles questioning Dr. Finkelhor&#8217;s motives on the subject. <a href="https://thepostmillennial.com/professor-says-minors-can-be-enthusiastically-involved-in-initiating-sexual-activities-with-adults" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Post Millennial</a> reports his statements, “There&#8217;s not good enough research on issues related to maturity with regard to sexual behavior that allows a clear demarcation here.”  He noted that there can be elements of voluntary participation in statutory sex crimes wherein juveniles engage in sex with adults who are at least five years older than they are. Statutory rape, he said, is “much narrower than statutory sex crimes in general.”

<a href="https://paulcollege.unh.edu/person/robert-woodward">Robert Woodward</a> is a Professor Emeritus of Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Professor Woodward, according to an online schedule, usually teaches Health Economics on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, he spent that time driving students to the polls in a car decorated with Democratic campaign posters - paid for by the Ready for Hillary Super PAC.

<a href="https://cola.unh.edu/person/robin-hackett">Dr. Robin Hackett</a> is a Professor of English and also teaches in the Women Studies program at the University of New Hampshire. She called for an investigation and expulsion of two people (possibly students) who jokingly wore a Harambe and Richard Nixon costume outside an anti-Trump event.

<a href="https://physics.unh.edu/people/faculty/chanda-prescod-weinstein" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Chanda Prescod-Weinstein</a> is an Assistant Professor in the <a href="https://physics.unh.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Department of Physics and Astronomy</a> and a Core Faculty Member of the <a href="https://cola.unh.edu/womens-gender-studies" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Women’s and Gender Studies</a> Department at the <a href="https://cola.unh.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of New Hampshire</a>.

As a member of the organization, <a href="https://www.particlesforjustice.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Particles for Justice</a>, Dr. Prescod-Weinstein was a primary organizer for the “Strike for Black Lives” in June of 2020.

Particles for Justice is a far-left organization composed of scientists and mathematicians who are <a href="https://www.wired.com/story/physicists-condemn-sexism-through-particles-for-justice/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dedicated to ending what they allege as “rampant racism and sexism in STEM fields</a>.” The group was first organized in 2018 to protest a lecture by physicist Alessandro Strumia, in which he affirmed that biological differences exist between men and women.

In the Summer of 2020, Dr. Prescod-Weinstein—who identifies as a <a href="https://magazine.scienceforthepeople.org/web-extras/particles-for-justice-racial-justice/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“black queer femme physicist”</a> and an “<a href="https://www.cprescodweinstein.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">activist for equality in science</a>”—and other scientists organized the strike among academics in solidarity with the <a href="https://m4bl.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Movement for Black Lives</a> (MBL), also referred to as the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement.

According to a <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2020/09/16/study-up-to-95-percent-of-2020-u-s-riots-are-linked-to-black-lives-matter/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">study conducted by the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED)</a>, BLM can be linked to 95% of the riots around the country–notably in Summer 2020 following the death of George Floyd. In an analysis of the study, <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2020/09/16/study-up-to-95-percent-of-2020-u-s-riots-are-linked-to-black-lives-matter/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Federalist</a> found, “of the 633 incidents coded as riots, 88 percent are recorded as involving Black Lives Matter Activists.” The resulting riots were the largest in American history, <a href="https://fee.org/articles/george-floyd-riots-caused-record-setting-2-billion-in-damage-new-report-says-here-s-why-the-true-cost-is-even-higher/#:~:text=Only%20now%20are%20we%20beginning,%241%20billion%20to%20%242%20billion." target="_blank" rel="noopener">causing an estimated $2 billion in damages and 47 deaths.</a>

According to an official letter for the group—co-authored by Dr. Prescod-Weinstein—the organizers allege black students feel unsafe on <a href="https://www.particlesforjustice.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“predominantly white campuses” and professors face “anti-blackness” in academia</a>. The organizers called for <a href="https://www.particlesforjustice.org/strike-details" target="_blank" rel="noopener">academics to cease their normal university duties and spend the day protesting or conducting “antiracist“ actions on behalf of BLM</a>. As of June 10th, 2020, the website listed 5,874 administrators and professors as having walked off their jobs during the strike.

In her own personal statement authored for the strike, Dr. Prescod-Weinstein describes her efforts organizing the strike and the ongoing national protests as <a href="https://www.particlesforjustice.org/note" target="_blank" rel="noopener">an attempt to “save her life" and “the lives of all black people.</a>” She further decries having to conform culturally and professionally to “whiteness,” and urges white people to take up anti-racist work in order to make black people feel more comfortable.

Dr. Prescod-Weinstein’s activism and views are further displayed on her <a href="https://twitter.com/IBJIYONGI" target="_blank" rel="noopener">personal Twitter account</a>. She consistently tweets condemnations of America and conservatives as racist, support for critical race theory, and accusations that Israel is committing genocide against Arabs:

In a separate paper for The University of Chicago—​​titled, “Making Black Women Scientists under White Empiricism: The Racialization of Epistemology in Physics”— Dr. Prescod-Weinstein <a href="https://www.journals.uchicago.edu/doi/full/10.1086/704991#_i5" target="_blank" rel="noopener">decries the concept of objectivity under “European ideas of science”</a> dominating her field through “colonial force.” She defines “white empiricism” as serving “white supremacist traditions in science” at the expense of black scientists.

<a href="https://www.ces.sdsu.edu/blog/2015/10/larc-instructor-profile-ghassan-zakaria/">Dr. Ghassan Zakaria</a> is a professor at San Diego State University. During the first week of classes, Zakaria distributed a map of the Middle East highlighting Arabic-speaking countries. However, it omitted Israel and labeled it as Palestine.

Dr. <a href="https://politicalscience.sdsu.edu/people/faculty/graubart_j.html">Jonathan Graubart</a> is a Professor of Political Science at San Diego State University (SDSU) and Director of the International Security and Conflict Resolution Program. According to his university biography, Dr. Graubart specializes in international relations, international law, Israel-Palestine, the UN, normative theory, and “resistance politics.”

In a July 2017 article, The College Fix reported that Dr. Graubart <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/professor-annoyed-groundswell-good-wishes-john-mccain-calls-war-criminal/">condemned Senator McCain as a “war criminal</a>” and someone who “has championed horrifying actions” in a now-deleted Facebook post on his personal account. <a href="https://www.johnmccain.com/">John McCain</a> was a United States Senator from Arizona who <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/john-mccain-dead-at-81">served as a Navy pilot and was a prisoner of war</a> during the Vietnam War. He died in August of 2018 after a battle with brain cancer.

In the now-deleted Facebook post, Dr. Graubart stated that <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/professor-annoyed-groundswell-good-wishes-john-mccain-calls-war-criminal/">he found himself “annoyed at the groundswell of good wishes for John McCain after his diagnosis of glioblastoma” (brain cancer).</a>.” His comment was posted <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/lawmakers-send-wishes-john-mccain-brain-tumor-announcement/story?id=48736469">just after John McCain announced his cancer diagnosis</a>.

ABC 10 News San Diego reported in July 2018 that an unnamed SDSU spokesman released a statement <a href="https://www.10news.com/news/san-diego-state-professor-makes-controversial-facebook-post">referring to Dr. Graubart’s post about McCain as “private speech”</a> that cannot be regulated. The spokesman also states that it does not “endorse” his views, nor does it have a social media policy for faculty members.

“SDSU does not have a social media policy for faculty and staff. As a public institution, we do not and cannot regulate the private speech of students, faculty or staff. However, that should not imply the university's endorsement of any particular viewpoint”

In a statement to Fox News later in 2017, Dr. Graubart stated that he posted the remarks on his private Facebook account, and therefore <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/professor-calls-mccain-a-war-criminal-annoyed-at-well-wishes-after-senators-brain-cancer-diagnosis">were written in an “off-the-cuff manner”</a> and not with a “large public in mind.”

The comment is directed at Confederate General Robert E. Lee, who served as Washington and Lee’s President after the cessation of the Civil War. For years, protestors have <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/washington-and-lee-university-may-scrap-its-name-next-month-after-years-of-protest/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">demanded the removal of Lee from the university’s name and denounced the General for his connections to slavery.</a>
Dr. Casey was among 100 other professors at the university <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20200708003710/https://richmond.com/news/washington-and-lee-faculty-vote-to-change-the-universitys-name/article_c5141929-035b-598b-b2a5-2e29da73aa48.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">who called for the removal of Lee from the university name in the summer of 2020</a>. The faculty voted by a margin of 79-21% for the removal of Lee&#8217;s name. In a subsequent interview, he admits that many faculty voted out of concern that they would “end up on the wrong side” of history.
“We feel like we’re going to end up on the wrong side of this as an institution and that it will harm us&#8230;Everyone who was in that conversation feels that the best thing for our institution is to drop our affiliation with Lee.”

Dr. Reza Aslan is <a href="https://profiles.ucr.edu/app/home/profile/aslanr" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a Professor of Creative Writing </a>at the University of California, Riverside. He considers himself to be a scholar of religions and has penned many books, including a New York Times bestseller titled, <a href="https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/201653/zealot-by-reza-aslan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth</a>. When he isn’t teaching or writing publications, he often takes to social media to express his strong dislike of conservatives.

In early 2019, <a href="https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/jan/13/reza-aslan-likely-be-sued-over-now-deleted-punchab/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Aslan made headlines</a> for threatening a conservative boy from Covington Catholic High School. In a tweet that has since been deleted, Dr. Aslan asked his 286,300 followers if they’ve ever seen a “more punchable” face than Nick Sandmann’s face. Sandmann and other boys from Covington Catholic High School were wrongly accused of harassing indigenous people at the Lincoln Memorial in 2019. The boys ultimately filed a lawsuit against Dr. Aslan for false and defamatory accusations.

Dr. Aslan frequently tweets about his disdain for conservatives. Valerie Bridgeman

Ms. <a href="https://twhs.conroeisd.net/people/heidi-bardenhagen/">Heidi Bardenhagen</a> is an English teacher at The Woodlands High School in Houston, Texas. In audio recordings provided by an anonymous source, Ms. Bardenhagen can be heard making racist and offensive comments to her students during classroom lessons.
In one recording, Bardenhagen can be heard stating that “whites have power over blacks” and that discrimination in America did not end with slavery. She justifies her assertion by alleging that the Summer 2020 riots were the result of white privilege.

In the recording, Ms. Bardenhagen is referring to the traffic stop that resulted in the <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/04/12/daunte-wright-police-release-bodycam-footage-of-fatal-shooting/">police shooting of Daunte Wright</a> in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota in April 2021. In an attempt to restrain Mr. Wright as he resisted arrest, Officer Kim Porter shot Mr. Wright with her firearm after mistaking the gun for her taser. Mr. Wright later died at the scene due to gunshot wounds.
Violent protests soon broke out across Minneapolis over the incident. <a href="https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/metro-cities-curfews-daunte-wright-shooting/89-f8b637bf-0e5d-4389-b8c7-71305849af41">According to KARE11</a>, a Minneapolis-based news station, over 70 rioters were arrested—some for throwing bricks and cans at police officers. Officer Kim Porter is currently set to <a href="https://www.bostonglobe.com/2021/05/17/nation/police-officer-who-fatally-shot-daunte-wright-stand-trial-dec-6/">stand trial for manslaughter</a>.
In the same leaked recordings obtained exclusively by Turning Point USA, Ms. Bardenhagen explains to her students that her efforts to teach Critical Race Theory is an attempt to “stretch” their brains in uncomfortable ways.

Ms. <a href="https://twhs.conroeisd.net/people/heidi-bardenhagen/">Heidi Bardenhagen</a> is an English teacher at The Woodlands High School in Houston, Texas. In audio recordings provided by an anonymous source, Ms. Bardenhagen can be heard making racist and offensive comments to her students during classroom lessons.

In one recording, Bardenhagen can be heard stating that “whites have power over blacks” and that discrimination in America did not end with slavery. She justifies her assertion by alleging that the Summer 2020 riots were the result of white privilege.

In the recording, Ms. Bardenhagen is referring to the traffic stop that resulted in the <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/04/12/daunte-wright-police-release-bodycam-footage-of-fatal-shooting/">police shooting of Daunte Wright</a> in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota in April 2021. In an attempt to restrain Mr. Wright as he resisted arrest, Officer Kim Porter shot Mr. Wright with her firearm after mistaking the gun for her taser. Mr. Wright later died at the scene due to gunshot wounds.

Violent protests soon broke out across Minneapolis over the incident. <a href="https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/metro-cities-curfews-daunte-wright-shooting/89-f8b637bf-0e5d-4389-b8c7-71305849af41">According to KARE11</a>, a Minneapolis-based news station, over 70 rioters were arrested—some for throwing bricks and cans at police officers. Officer Kim Porter is currently set to <a href="https://www.bostonglobe.com/2021/05/17/nation/police-officer-who-fatally-shot-daunte-wright-stand-trial-dec-6/">stand trial for manslaughter</a>.

In the same leaked recordings obtained exclusively by Turning Point USA, Ms. Bardenhagen explains to her students that her efforts to teach Critical Race Theory is an attempt to “stretch” their brains in uncomfortable ways.

“Critical race theory provides an academic framework to understand these nuances and contradictions [in the Constitution]. It helps students identify the structural racism and inequality that has been endemic in American society. And it provides methods for deconstructing and oppressive beliefs, policies, and practices to find solutions that will lead to justice.” 
Dr. Garcia further cites several reports in an attempt to demonstrate that discrimination is embedded into branches of the military. Dr. Garcia endorses critical race theory to combat the “threat of white supremacy” amongst its ranks.
“In other words, racism was ingrained in the system from the beginning, and the military still struggles with these issues. As a recent inspector general’s report on disparities in the Air Force and Space Force pointed out, black {sic} service members lag behind their white peers in promotion rates but are over-represented in disciplinary actions. Further, a recent Defense Department report documented the threat of white supremacy within the ranks.” 
Dr. Garcia’s remarks drew a fierce reaction from lawmakers upon publication. <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/cotton-rips-us-air-force-academy-prof-for-teaching-critical-race-theory-shes-trying-to-indoctrinate-cadets" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In a statement to Fox News</a>, Arkansas Senator, Tom Cotton, wrote, “We should not be teaching and indoctrinating our cadets to believe that our military is a fundamentally racist institution.”
Despite Dr. Garcia’s admission, <a href="https://taskandpurpose.com/news/defense-secretary-austin-matt-gaetz-critical-race-theory/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the Pentagon had previously denied the military promotes critical race theory</a>. In a congressional hearing, Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, stated, “we do not teach critical race theory&#8230;we don’t embrace critical race theory and I think that’s a spurious conversation.”
As noted by the Washington Free Beacon, <a href="https://freebeacon.com/national-security/navy-reading-list-includes-anti-racism-book-for-sailors/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the military has begun subscribing critical race theorists to enlistees</a>, including Boston University’s Ibram X Kendi’s book, “How to be an Anti-Racist.” A battalion commander reportedly said to his troops, “i<a href="https://humanevents.com/2021/06/09/behind-the-beret-battalion-commander-reportedly-tells-troops-white-people-are-part-of-the-problem/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">f you’re a white male, you are part of the problem.</a>”

Ryan <a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20081021002740/http://abunooralirlandee.wordpress.com/2008/08/31/alternative-visions-part-3a-shaykh-anwar-al-awlaki/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">further applauds</a> the “Mujahideen,” or Islamic guerrilla fighters, for resisting the American presence in Iraq and bringing an “Islamic revival” that will establish an Islamic State in the Middle East.

In this particular one–titled, "Ghurabaa,"—<a href="https://abunooralirlandee.wordpress.com/2008/10/10/rebel-nasheed-of-the-day-ghurabaa/">the lyrics feature a chant that calls for jihad</a>.

According to the website, Muslim Matters, Ryan <a href="https://muslimmatters.org/author/abdul-malik-ryan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">converted</a> to Islam in 1994, accrediting heavy influence from <a href="https://www.britannica.com/biography/Malcolm-X" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Malcolm X,</a> the National Representative for the Nation of Islam and a prominent black nationalist.

<a href="http://offices.depaul.edu/student-affairs/about/staff-directory/Pages/eugene-zdziarski.aspx">Dr. Eugene Zdziarski </a>is the Vice President of Student Affairs at DePaul University, Chicago. Students attending DePaul are not allowed to chalk political messages around campus. In a campus-wide email Zdziarski said, “The university has been addressing campus climate issues in an effort to provide an inclusive and supportive educational environment. In this context, many students, faculty and staff found the chalk messages offensive, hurtful and divisive.” These messages included pro-Trump and pro-police slogans.

<a href="http://las.depaul.edu/academics/political-science/faculty/Pages/valerie-johnson.aspx">Dr. Valerie Johnson</a> is an Associate Professor of Urban Politics at DePaul University. Dr. Johnson encouraged and assisted students in disrupting a campus event featuring Milo Yiannopoulos. Student Edward Ward, a protege of Johnson, allegedly threatened Mr. Yiannopoulos physically on stage during the disruption.

Dr. Sumi Cho is a <a href="https://law.depaul.edu/faculty-and-staff/Documents/Cho%20cv.10.2018.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tenured law professor at DePaul University College of Law.</a> Dr. Cho lectures on many subjects for the university but most commonly teaches a Critical Race Theory seminar and courses on Employment Discrimination, Feminist Jurisprudence, and Race, Racism &amp; U.S. Law.

In 2018, DePaul University <a href="https://depauliaonline.com/38281/news/front-news-law-school/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">began an investigation into Dr. Cho</a> after claims of “disruptive, bullying workplace behavior” came to light. Pending an internal investigation, she faced two years of unpaid suspension. Dr. Cho then countersued against DePaul University and the law school’s Dean. In the suit against the Dean, Dr. Cho alleged she was retaliated against for being outspoken on racial issues and discrimination within the law school, claiming she and others were racially discriminated against. In the suit against the university, she claimed she was not getting equal pay to white, male cohorts. The racial claims in her lawsuit were dismissed, and the university settled in mediation for the Equal Pay Act case.

In August 2021, Dr. Cho was one of the core faculty members at the AAPF’s <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20210813210238/https://www.aapf.org/crtsummerschool" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CRT Summer School event</a>. She lectured on racism in the United States and was <a href="https://twitter.com/JossTGreene/status/1425852304046104585" target="_blank" rel="noopener">quoted by Joss Greene</a>, an attendee and postdoctoral fellow, as stating that “anti-blackness is at the root of antidemocratic projects.” Another attendee quoted Dr. Cho accusing conservatives of “co-opting and commandeering the liberal concept of academic freedom to be used as a sword and shield, in terms of ideological warfare.” Dr. Cho was also quoted asserting that today’s bans on CRT in schools are precursors to “school vouchers and white segregation academies.” The Twitter user has since made their profile private.

Dr. Cho has been featured many times as a “legal scholar”  on a Q&amp;A website titled, <a href="https://www.racepowerofanillusion.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“Race: The Power of an Illusion”</a> discussing several subjects. Dr. Cho <a href="https://www.racepowerofanillusion.org/qa/why-do-recent-immigrants-do-better-african-americans-socioeconomically" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accuses conservatives of pushing</a> a false distinction, not only between race and ethnicity, but also immigrants vs. African Americans. She criticizes conservatives by arguing that they use Asian Americans as the example for why affirmative action is not necessary for other minorities.

<a href="https://www.racepowerofanillusion.org/qa/are-reparations-slavery-appropriate" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In another Q&amp;A</a>, Dr. Cho details the necessity for reparations for slavery. She writes that she thinks reparations are absolutely necessary. She believes that both individual payments and payments to African American institutions are crucial to make things “equitable”.

<a href="https://dhhs.schoolloop.com/pf4/cms2/view_page?d=x&amp;group_id=1211910082970&amp;vdid=5i9f1xybi2f4mj">Robin Mairs</a> is a teacher at Dana Hills High School in Dana Point, California.

In a recording obtained by a confidential source, a distraught Mairs can be heard telling students that conservative senators will have to answer for their actions for having objected to the presidential election results of 2020, and that Black Lives Matter (BLM) rioters are actually peaceful.

The day after the riots on Capitol Hill, Mairs takes time out of her class to address the events of January 6th, 2021. In the audio, Mairs can be heard accusing Senator Ted Cruz and “a couple other people” of lying to the American people by <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2021/politics/congress-electoral-college-count-tracker/">objecting to the results</a> of the 2020 election, and “sticking with this charade” that election integrity was compromised.

Under the Electoral Count Act of 1887, members of Congress may <a href="https://history.house.gov/Blog/2020/November/11-17-Faithless-Electors/">object</a> to the certification of the Electoral College votes. Following the victory of George W. Bush in the 2004 Presidential election, Ohio Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones and California Senator Barbara Boxer <a href="https://www.cleveland.com/open/2020/12/ohios-stephanie-tubbs-jones-lodged-the-nations-last-electoral-vote-protest-in-congress.html">challenged</a> the certification of the electoral count for Ohio. In 2017, eleven separate Democrats objected to the <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2017/01/06/politics/electoral-college-vote-count-objections/index.html">certification</a> of the votes for President Donald Trump. Both the 2004 and 2017 objections were ultimately unsuccessful, and the respective votes were officially certified.

After pausing to allow students to ask questions, Mairs continues by addressing the students that think she is “left-wing,” explaining that she watched 8 different news channels during the riot to ensure that she wasn’t receiving biased information. These stations include: Fox and MSNBC (both of whom she describes as radical), CNN, USA Today, Politico, Reuters, PBS, ABC News.  Mairs tells her students to ‘turn off’ the T.V. if their news sources are not describing the riots as an insurrection the way she does.

Mairs states that if “even Fox News describes what happened yesterday as an insurrection” then, “I don’t know what more you need to hear.” Robin warns her students about listening to “radicalized news sources.”

Mairs then juxtaposes the capitol rioters and Black Lives Matter (BLM). She says that BLM is “93% peaceful” before contrasting the heavy police presence at BLM rallies, and the lax response of law enforcement towards the rioters on Capitol Hill.

BLM has been <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2020/09/16/study-up-to-95-percent-of-2020-u-s-riots-are-linked-to-black-lives-matter/">implicated in a number of riots</a> around the country following the death of George Floyd. A report by the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project stated that 95% of riots over the summer of 2020 were linked to BLM activism or had BLM activists present. The resulting riots were the largest in American history, <a href="https://fee.org/articles/george-floyd-riots-caused-record-setting-2-billion-in-damage-new-report-says-here-s-why-the-true-cost-is-even-higher/#:~:text=Only%20now%20are%20we%20beginning,%241%20billion%20to%20%242%20billion.">causing an estimated $2 Billion in damages</a> and 47 deaths. In an incident in August of 2020, BLM activists <a href="https://nypost.com/2020/08/28/rand-paul-assaulted-by-black-lives-matter-protesters-after-rnc/">attacked</a> Senator Rand Paul and his wife while walking back to their hotel in Washington D.C.

Mairs asks her students to pause and reflect upon how this nation could be so “broken,” and wonders about what has changed over the past four years for the nation to be this divided. She then urges her students to give President Joe Biden a chance.

<a href="https://cssh.northeastern.edu/faculty/shahid-alam/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Shahid Alam</a> is a professor of economics at <a href="https://www.northeastern.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Northeastern University</a> in Boston, Massachusetts. After immigrating to the United States from Pakistan, Dr. Alam began working for Northeastern in 1988 where he serves as the academic advisor for the group Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP).

BDS—which stands for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions—is an international movement with a singular focus on boycotting, divesting, and levying sanctions against the world’s sole Jewish state. The movement’s co-founder—Omar Barghouti has admitted that once <a href="https://www.israellycool.com/2020/06/02/watch-bds-co-founder-omar-barghouti-admits-their-goal-is-destruction-of-israel/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">these planks are implemented, they will destroy Israel</a>.
In a piece for the site, CounterPunch, Dr. Alam pens a <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2002/07/29/the-academic-boycott-of-israel/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">full-throated defense of BDS</a> as a necessary tactic to confront Israel. While characterizing the Jewish state as not a “normal country,” he falsely accuses Israel of constructing an “apartheid state” to commit genocide against Arabs.
Dr. Alam uses his accusation as justification for <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2002/07/29/the-academic-boycott-of-israel/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">then-ongoing waves of suicide bombers in Israel</a>, writing, “dispossession is implemented by force-unless this project is aided by pathogens; and, it follows, that resistance to the colonizer must be violent.”
An “intifada”—Arabic for “uprising”—refers to a series of Palestinian insurrections within Israel. From 2000-2005, the Second Intifada—known as the <a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/background-and-overview-of-al-aqsa-intifada" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“Al-Aqsa Intifada</a>,”—claimed over 1,100 lives. During this period, terrorist groups like Hamas deployed <a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/comprehensive-listing-of-terrorism-victims-in-israel" target="_blank" rel="noopener">suicide bombers and gunmen to target civilians in crowded areas to maximize casualties</a>.
In a separate piece, Dr. Alam again praises suicide bombers, <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2002/04/03/thomas-friedman-s-lies/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">writing that they seek to become martyrs in order to bring “honor” to their nation:</a>
“The Oxford English dictionary defines a suicide as “one who dies by his own hand.” This definition is clearly inadequate. In the absence of a motive, we cannot distinguish between (i) a person who takes his life because he wants to die and (ii) a person who takes his life because this will save her soul-or her honor, her family, her friends, her community, or her country. The first suggests suicide; the latter is ordinarily regarded as a martyr. Judge for yourself then whether the Palestinians are suicides or martyrs.” 
This is not a solitary instance of which Dr. Alam has sought to justify Islamic terrorism. In an article from 2004, he <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2004/12/29/seeking-parallels/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">compared the 9/11 hijackers to America’s Founding Fathers</a>. 
“The colonists had a dream worth pursuing. They were prepared to die for this dream ­and to kill. They did: and they won…On September 11, 2001, nineteen Arab hijackers too demonstrated their willingness to die — and to kill — for what they believed was their dream. They died — so they thought — because they wanted their people to live, free and in dignity.” 
The prior year, Dr. Alam wrote that <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2003/01/02/why-9-11-and-why-now/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the attacks themselves were not in any way unique, and in fact, paled in comparison to the atrocities committed by the United States</a>.
“[The 9/11]  attacks pales into insignificance when compared to the worst terrorist acts perpetrated by states, not excluding United States, over the past five-hundred years.”
In further articles, Dr. Alam depicts Jews in explicit, antisemitic terms. He accuses Jews of using their religion to justify genocide, manipulating the media, possessing dual loyalty, citing the Holocaust for sympathy, and directing America to launch foreign wars on Israel’s behalf:

&#8211; One accuses <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2010/12/07/unvarnished-truths-about-the-us-and-israel/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jewish organizations of policing and directing the media to proliferate “Israeli lies.”</a>
&#8211; Dr. Alam’s book, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0230614841/thewisdomfund?pldnSite=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Israeli Exceptionalism</a>, accuses <a href="https://electronicintifada.net/content/zionisms-destabilizing-force-israeli-exceptionalism-reviewed/3569" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jews and Zionists of partnering with the Nazis</a> prior to World War 2.
&#8211; The same book describes <a href="http://www.twf.org/News/Y2010/0623-Review.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">neoconservatives as a “mostly Jewish elite” who shape America’s institutions for Israel’s benefit</a>.
&#8211; Yet another article accuses <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2003/02/19/israel-s-proxy-war/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">American Jews and Israel of directing the United States to invade Iraq</a> to distract the world from their alleged genocide of the Palestinians.
&#8211; Dr. Alam goes so far as to accuse <a href="https://www.counterpunch.org/2002/04/18/a-colonizing-project-built-on-lies/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jews of weaponizing the Holocaust</a> to elicit sympathy and distract the world from their own human rights abuses.
&#8211; In an op-ed for the Egyptian state-owned newspaper Al-Ahram, Dr. Alam <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20070601183749/http://weekly.ahram.org.eg/2007/846/op5.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accuses Jews of using their Judaism—or what he mocks as their “chosenness” by God—to excuse racism and ethnically cleanse Palestine</a>.
Rather than hide or justify his views, Dr. Alam seems delighted by accusations of antisemitism. In a leaked lecture, Dr. Alam can be heard advising students to wear allegations of antisemitism “as a badge of honor.”

<a href="https://www.prescott.edu/faculty-staff-directory/craig-willse">Craig Willse</a> is an associate faculty member of Social Environmental Arts Practice and Social Justice and Community Organizing at Prescott College in Arizona. Craig led faculty and administrators at George Mason University in protesting the renaming of its law school after Antonin Scalia and regularly engages in Anti-Israel protests.

Censorship 
In 2016, following an <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2016/04/05/politics/george-mason-university-antonin-scalia-law-school-name-change">announcement</a> from George Mason University that they would be renaming their law school after the recently deceased Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, Willse, who <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/george-mason-university-professors-oppose-naming-law-school-after-antonin-n552501">according</a> to NBC, was then a cultural studies professor at  George Mason, led the protests by George Mason faculty and administration to oppose the decision. <a href="https://www.britannica.com/biography/Antonin-Scalia">Scalia </a>had served on the Supreme Court 30 years and was known for his  “originalism,” or interpretation of the United States Constitution as Scalia believes our founding fathers had intended.
As part of the protest, Willse <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/george-mason-university-professors-oppose-naming-law-school-after-antonin-n552501">authors</a> a letter protesting the university’s decision. The <a href="https://nojusticeforgmu.wordpress.com/">letter</a>, which appears on the site, “No Justice for GMU,” details Willse’s opposition to Scalia. He “denounces&#8221; the renaming of the law school after Scalia and describes the university’s decision as an “affront” to those targeted by Scalia’s, “racism, sexism, and homophobia.” Willie specifically <a href="https://nojusticeforgmu.wordpress.com/who-was-scalia/">accuses</a> Scalia’s “constitutional originalism” of being “widely criticized” by historians and scholars, citing left-leaning publications such as Mother Jones, ThinkProgress, and The Huffington Post in doing so.
The same letter accuses Scalia of causing “direct harms” to GMU students, including “students of color, women, and LGBT students.”

The protest was ultimately unsuccessful and the law school was officially <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/grade-point/wp/2016/05/17/its-official-george-masons-law-school-is-named-in-honor-of-antonin-scalia/">renamed</a> the Antonin Scalia Law School later that year.
&nbsp;
Antisemitic 
Willse accuses Israel of being responsible for police brutality and racist profiling in the United States. In an article for the site, “Deadly Exchange” Willse <a href="https://deadlyexchange.org/building-safety-through-solidarity-an-interview-with-dean-spade-craig-willse/">states</a> that policing is a project of colonial and racial control.

<a href="https://deadlyexchange.org/">Deadly Exchange</a> is a campaign by the anti-Israel group, <a href="https://jewishvoiceforpeace.org/">Jewish Voice for Peace</a>. The campaign intends to end any collaboration between US and Israeli police forces. According to the official site for “Deadly Exchange,” security cooperation with Israel promotes “racial profiling, massive spying and surveillance, deportation and detention, and attacks on human rights defenders.”
In the same <a href="https://deadlyexchange.org/building-safety-through-solidarity-an-interview-with-dean-spade-craig-willse/">article</a>, Willse compares policing with slave patrols in the Jim Crow-era and therefore says policing “fundamentally anti-black.” He states that police cannot be reformed, and his long-term goal is to abolish police and prisons.
As <a href="https://canarymission.org/professor/Craig_Willse">documented</a> by the site, <a href="https://canarymission.org/">Canary Mission</a>, Willse holds other anti-Israel stances and takes part in protests accusing Israel of being an “apartheid state.” In an article for the site Truthout, Willse <a href="https://truthout.org/articles/us-and-israeli-police-are-sharing-violent-and-repressive-tactics/">describes</a> Israel and the US “as the world&#8217;s most racist, repressive and violent police and military forces.”
In the video below, Willse can be seen <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1e6jULCCh3Y&amp;ab_channel=AriWohlfeiler">disrupting</a> a pro-Israel parade in New York. As <a href="https://forward.com/scribe/373862/jvp-targeted-queer-jewish-youth-at-israel-parade/">reported</a> by The Forward, members of the New York Police Department stated that Willse and 4 others “targeted”  the parade on behalf of Jewish Voice for Peace and were arrested for disorderly conduct.

Craig led faculty and administrators at George Mason University in protesting the renaming of its law school after Antonin Scalia and regularly engages in Anti-Israel protests.

Censorship 
In 2016, following an <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2016/04/05/politics/george-mason-university-antonin-scalia-law-school-name-change">announcement</a> from George Mason University that they would be renaming their law school after the recently deceased Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, Willse, who <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/george-mason-university-professors-oppose-naming-law-school-after-antonin-n552501">according</a> to NBC, was then a cultural studies professor at  George Mason, led the protests by George Mason faculty and administration to oppose the decision. <a href="https://www.britannica.com/biography/Antonin-Scalia">Scalia </a>had served on the Supreme Court 30 years and was known for his  “originalism,” or interpretation of the United States Constitution as Scalia believes our founding fathers had intended.

As part of the protest, Willse <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/george-mason-university-professors-oppose-naming-law-school-after-antonin-n552501">authors</a> a letter protesting the university’s decision. The <a href="https://nojusticeforgmu.wordpress.com/">letter</a>, which appears on the site, “No Justice for GMU,” details Willse’s opposition to Scalia. He “denounces'' the renaming of the law school after Scalia and describes the university’s decision as an “affront” to those targeted by Scalia’s, “racism, sexism, and homophobia.” Willie specifically <a href="https://nojusticeforgmu.wordpress.com/who-was-scalia/">accuses</a> Scalia’s “constitutional originalism” of being “widely criticized” by historians and scholars, citing left-leaning publications such as Mother Jones, ThinkProgress, and The Huffington Post in doing so.

The same letter accuses Scalia of causing “direct harms” to GMU students, including “students of color, women, and LGBT students.”

The protest was ultimately unsuccessful and the law school was officially <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/grade-point/wp/2016/05/17/its-official-george-masons-law-school-is-named-in-honor-of-antonin-scalia/">renamed</a> the Antonin Scalia Law School later that year.

Antisemitic 
Willse accuses Israel of being responsible for police brutality and racist profiling in the United States. In an article for the site, “Deadly Exchange” Willse <a href="https://deadlyexchange.org/building-safety-through-solidarity-an-interview-with-dean-spade-craig-willse/">states</a> that policing is a project of colonial and racial control.

<a href="https://deadlyexchange.org/">Deadly Exchange</a> is a campaign by the anti-Israel group, <a href="https://jewishvoiceforpeace.org/">Jewish Voice for Peace</a>. The campaign intends to end any collaboration between US and Israeli police forces. According to the official site for “Deadly Exchange,” security cooperation with Israel promotes “racial profiling, massive spying and surveillance, deportation and detention, and attacks on human rights defenders.”

In the same <a href="https://deadlyexchange.org/building-safety-through-solidarity-an-interview-with-dean-spade-craig-willse/">article</a>, Willse compares policing with slave patrols in the Jim Crow-era and therefore says policing “fundamentally anti-black.” He states that police cannot be reformed, and his long-term goal is to abolish police and prisons.

As <a href="https://canarymission.org/professor/Craig_Willse">documented</a> by the site, <a href="https://canarymission.org/">Canary Mission</a>, Willse holds other anti-Israel stances and takes part in protests accusing Israel of being an “apartheid state.” In an article for the site Truthout, Willse <a href="https://truthout.org/articles/us-and-israeli-police-are-sharing-violent-and-repressive-tactics/">describes</a> Israel and the US “as the world's most racist, repressive and violent police and military forces.”

In the video below, Willse can be seen <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1e6jULCCh3Y&amp;ab_channel=AriWohlfeiler">disrupting</a> a pro-Israel parade in New York. As <a href="https://forward.com/scribe/373862/jvp-targeted-queer-jewish-youth-at-israel-parade/">reported</a> by The Forward, members of the New York Police Department stated that Willse and 4 others “targeted”  the parade on behalf of Jewish Voice for Peace and were arrested for disorderly conduct.

He wrote, “I still find it difficult this morning to believe that the majority of voters in our country chose to elect a man whose views on civility and inclusivity are so at odds with mine and with the values of our Oglethorpe community. This morning, I can manage to get past his inexperience and lack of public service even though virtually every editorial page in the country, left or right-leaning, failed to endorse him because of those traits. What I cannot get past, and I will refuse to overlook, is a future of America that is divided by race, religion, sexual identity, and country of origin.” He <a href="https://source.oglethorpe.edu/2019/04/30/long-serving-oglethorpe-university-president-lawrence-m-schall-to-step-down-next-year/">stepped down</a> from his position in mid-2020.

One student said he is &#8220;extremely rude and calls the entire class stupid. If you ask a question he will scream at you and humiliate you. [He] makes people stand at the front of the class if they don&#8217;t get something and embarrasses them.&#8221; Another student said that not only did he fail almost 70% of the class but he also &#8220;forced you to ask a question, but then bit your head off if you did ask him a question. There were forty people in my class at the beginning, but now only five people come to class.&#8221;

Objecting to the professor’s remarks about children being held in cages at the border, a student tried to interject that human trafficking was a major issue that no one was talking about. Shapiro immediately cut her off and accused President Donald Trump of bragging about having sex with his daughter Ivanka.

Supporting her argument for restricting speech, she pointed out that recently the Supreme Court ruled that a music group (&#8220;The Slants&#8221;, a band made up of Asian-Americans) was allowed to use a derogatory name as their band name, although she did not point out the band was using the name to mock people who use the name in a derogatory fashion.

Professor Thrasher is on record defending the riots and looting that occurred in response to George Floyd&#8217;s death. In an interview with <a href="https://www.npr.org/2020/05/31/866306943/officials-have-condemned-violence-amid-george-floyd-protests-journalist-steven-t">NPR</a>, he described the rampant destruction burning of police stations by rioters as a &#8220;proportionate response.&#8221;

Jay calls for the &#8220;abolition of whiteness.&#8221; He even compares &#8220;whiteness&#8221; to the whale in the literary classic, Moby Dick. Jay claims that saying &#8220;white trash&#8221; is also racist because it suggests that regular trash is black.

<a href="https://uwm.edu/english/our-people/jay-gregory/">Dr. Gregory Jay</a> is a Professor of English at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jay calls for the "abolition of whiteness." He even compares "whiteness" to the whale in the literary classic, Moby Dick. Jay claims that saying "white trash" is also racist because it suggests that regular trash is black.

<a href="https://uwm.edu/sociology/people/baran-stephanie/">Stephanie Baran</a>, is a former teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin &#8211; Milwaukee and now is a <a href="https://www.nicholls.edu/social-sciences/faculty/dr-stephanie-baran/">sociology instructor</a> at Nicholls State University. She attended a “White Privilege Conference” and said that she would be “down” with the idea of “kicking out capitalism” as she believes it causes racism. Baran describes herself as a “vulgar Marxist” because she desires “to see the entire dismantling of the system versus the other, softer, kinder, brutal Marxists.”
